1. Definitions

• “Company” refers to TWC Innovations (Pvt) Ltd, the owner of Saleesuite.global.
• “Services” refer to the SaaS products offered via Saleesuite.global.
• “Client” or “User” refers to any individual or organization using our services.

2. Invoicing and Payments

• All invoices will be issued under TWC Innovations (Pvt) Ltd.
• Payments are non-refundable, and services are provided on a subscription basis or under other agreed terms.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring timely payment. Access to services may be suspended in case of non-payment.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

• No Warranty: All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranties, either express or implied.
• Limitation of Liability: TWC Innovations (Pvt) Ltd and Saleesuite.global shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
• No Claims for Losses: The Company is not responsible for any financial loss, data loss, or business interruption caused by service outages, technical issues, or other factors. Users acknowledge that they cannot claim compensation for any damages or losses incurred.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users must use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and avoid any misuse, including but not limited to unauthorized access or data scraping.
• Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. The Company will not be liable for unauthorized access due to compromised accounts.

5. Service Availability

• We strive to ensure uninterrupted access to our services; however, we are not liable for downtime or interruptions. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

6. Termination

• Either party may terminate the service by providing 30 days’ notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled, and access to the services will be revoked.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
